Abstract

Receptors of adenosine, opioids, bradykinin and calcitonin gene-related peptide play a trigger role in ischemic postconditioning of heart. Signal system of ischemic postconditioning includes: PI3 kinase, Akt kinase, endothelial NO-synthase, NO, guanylyl cyclase, protein kinase G, protein kinase Ce, mitochondrial K ATP channel reactive oxygen species, MPT pore, protein Ras, MEK kinase, ERK1/2 kinase.
