Abstract

Infusion of the nitric oxide donors L-Arginine (150 mg/kg bolus) and Oxacom (3,2 mM/ kg bolus) with saline solution has been shown improves cardiovascular and metabolic changes in animal model of hemorrhagic shock. As a result improves survival rats. These data made this effect clinically attractive.
